Heidi Montag Shows Off ‘Shocking’ Plastic Surgery Scars

"I feel like Frankenstein," reality star Heidi Montag tells the latest issue of Life & Style, one year after undergoing a drastic makeover, which comprised an estimated 10 procedures done in a single day. Yes, she regrets ever going under the knife.

Though she initially spoke only in excellent terms of the surgery that had been performed on her – at her request – Heidi is now learning to live with the consequences of her actions and, clearly, regret as well.

In the latest issue of the mag, not only does she open up about how unhappy she with her new and surgically-improved body, but she also allows her "unsightly" scars to be photographed, perhaps in a bid to prevent other girls from going through the same experience.

This was not the body she wanted and she was never told the extent of the scarring she'd be left with, she says for the mag. Plastic surgery is not a fairytale and she's been manipulated into getting it, she moans.

This clearly comes into stark contrast with what she was saying shortly after coming out of the operation room, when she told every US weekly that would listen (and pay) that surgery had been her choice and she was more than happy with the step she'd taken.

"Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery. This is not what I signed up for," Heidi says.

She's left with horrible scars, including one under her chin from when she had her jawline reshaped, bald spots in her hairline from her eyebrow lift, scars on her breasts from her second set of implants, lumpy skin and scars on her legs from lipo, a scar on her stomach also from lipo, and the list could go on.

"The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek. People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body," Heidi says.

She can't do anything about them anymore and, from what she's saying, even if another doctor would promise he could fix them, she would probably not go under the knife again. Scars are now a reminder of her terrible mistake.

"I would love to not be 'plastic girl' or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world," Heidi says.

"I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I'm always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands," the former "Hills" star adds.
