Punjab Agricultural University, Centre for Communication and International Linkages (CCIL) has brought out three \'New Year Greeting Cards\'. These have been designed to convey the message of protecting and beautifying environment with plants and flowers. The Additional Director of Communication, Dr. Jagtar Singh Dhiman said that each card is priced nominally at rupees five and is available from the Sale Counter of CCIL.
