Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bowl in the fourth cricket one-dayer against England in Mohali on Wednesday.
India, leading the series 2-1, made one change by bringing in Rohit Sharma for Ajinkya Rahane.
For England, Jos Buttler has been brought in to replace Craig Kieswetter.
