A Delhi court on Monday might take up a petition seeking criminal complaint against Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde over his recent statement \"linking terrorism with Hindu religion\".
Professor Ved Prakash Sharma has filed the petition seeking direction to the police to register an FIR against Shinde over his \"Hindu terror\" jibe made earlier this month during the Congress\'s national summit in Jaipur.
The Saket court was expected to take up the matter in the afternoon.
Shinde had courted controversy with his remarks at the Congress\'s Chintan Shivir that BJP and its parent organisation RSS were promoting terror.
