SEMINAR OF ART OF LIVING at G N International Public School

The students of classes X to XII of G.N. International Public School, Model Town, today on 28th April 2011,experienced a mesmerizing morning with Sumit "Bhaiya" nee Sumit Mahajan…an IT company CEO, & a teacher of ART of LIVING.

Sumit has been associated with SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR JI for the last 12 years & has dealt with about 5 lac young minds till date…..solving their problems & making their lives "worth living".

The purpose of this seminar was to help students deal with their day to day problems – by forming a focus & have a stress-free minds.

Students were told…how to value & imbibe virtues like…honesty & sincerity & not run after the so called superficial distractions like..dance parties & pubs.

"Don't run after happiness, just do your duties sincerely…happiness follows", said Sumit. "People who are open minded progress in the world otherwise one tends to stagnate", was further added by him.

The importance of meditation was explained & technique of Meditation was taught in a very subtle manner. "Brain, the most vital organ of our body needs rest & due pampering- which is possible through meditation", was stressed by Sumit Mahajan.

After the seminar…there could be a marked difference seen in the students…who attended it …..they looked calm & serene & fully motivated to attend the initial..YES Course of Art of Living.

"My doubts, fears, apprehensions were cleared today through this seminar", said Amanpreet Singh of class XI. Many students were seen & heard echoing same ideas.

In the end Principal Mrs Gurmant Kaur Gill thanked Mr Mahajan & his team to have shared their rich & expert advises with the young minds.
