PCTE Institute of Hotel Management is organizing 'Daawat-e-khas', a grand food festival, to potray various cuisines of India including Rajasthani Cuisine, Awadhi Cuisine and Punjabi cuisine. The entire event is organised by the students of the Institute .The main purpose of the food fest is to provide the students the opportunity to have hands on experience of preparing various cuisines . Prominent Chefs of the city shall visit the food fest and interact with the students.
The Live fusion music will be performed by band named \'shaan-e-ala\'. Prof Tahir Sufi, Director of the Institute expressed the hope that organising the food fest shall shall provide the valuable opportunity to students to enhance the skills and interact with the experts of the Industry.
