Mumbai : The national and internationally acclaimed actor Amitabh Bachchan was in Bangalore on Saturday to thank the government of Karnataka for sanctioning 50 percent entertainment tax exemption to his home banner film 'Paa'.
The Karnataka Chief Minister his cabinet colleagues watched 'Paa' at PVR in Bangalore, is a film made on 'Progeria'
Amitabh Bachchan, Abishekh Bachchan, Jaya Badhuri were present. The 50 percent entertainment tax exemption to 'Paa' is with effect from January 15. ABCL company owned by Amitabh Bachchan is the producer of 'Paa'.
For the sanction of ET rebate to 'Paa' the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce also made recommendations.
Meanwhile the promotion activity of 'Rann' of RGV in which Amitabh Bachchan and our Kannada actor Sudeep also kickstarted in Bangalore.
