LUDHIANA, APRIL 22:--
The Vice Chancellor of the Punjab Agricultural University, Dr. Baldev Singh Dhillon and the University senior officials, scientists and staff expressed their deep grief over the sad demise of Sh. Baldev Raj Bakshi (Retd.), former Assistant Director Communication and former News Editor, PAU. Dr. Dhillon said that he was instrumental in transmitting the agriculture knowledge to the farmers through his writings in Urdu and English.
The Additional Director Communication, Dr. H.S. Sehgal, Senior Editor English, Dr. A.P. Singh and Editor Punjabi, S. Gurbhajan Singh Gill also expressed their heartfelt condolences, and prayed for the peace of the departed soul. They said that Sh Bakshi will always be remembered for his dedication and devotion to the work.
