A seminar has been organized jointly by the United Cycle & Parts Manufacturers Association and State Bank of India on dated 16.04.2013 at United Cycle & Parts Manufacturers Association to aware the industry about facilities being given by the banks in different schemes. The seminar was especially organized for the beneficial of the industry with the efforts of S. Gurmeet Singh Kular, President (UCPMA) who brought the difficulties being faced by industrialist for getting loan from the banks which was very much appreciated by the participants.

In this seminar Sh. Anil Bhardwaj, Regional Manager, State Bank of India, Sh. Rajesh Gupta Branch Manager, SBI Millerganj, Sh. Sewa Singh Assistant General Manager (AGM, SMECC) and more than 50 members participated. Sh. Anil Bhardwaj very kind enough to give the details of the SBI Schemes in which different facilities being provide to the units. The Detailed discussions were held on the Banking Facilities provided to the industry especially regarding the CGTSME & Credit rating. This point was discussed and the Bank officers gave details of the benefits of this scheme being provided by the SBI banks and applicants have to pay no fees for this scheme which is already available in their own bank.

They also made known about the CGTMSE scheme which extends grantee for loan and grantee fee is paid by the Government. They also informed that the processing fee from the applicant will be charged to tune Rs. 150.00 per Lac instead of Rs. 300.00 per Lac already being charged which is a great encouragement for the industry. They also informed that the above loan will be granted to the applicant with 8 working days from the date of completion of documents and interest on the loan will be to the tune of 12.95%. The limit of this loan will from Rs. 1 Lac to Rs. 1 Crore and there will be no hidden Charges in this scheme unlike other loan schemes. The loan up to Rs. 25 Lac will be free of any CMA data. The seminar proved to be a blessing in disguise for the development of industry and the same was very much appreciated by the participants.
