A Sangrur resident, Gurpiar Singh approached crime branch officials with the complaint that Naveen Sharma and Ashok Kumar, who had opened Indraprasth Marine Manager for Merchant Navy Institute, took Rs 1.5 lakh for giving him admission in a course but when he came to know that institute is fake he demanded his money back, but the accused refused.
