\"Various artistes and self help groups are associated with the project and thus we are helping them to display and sell their products in different states.\"

Taking a round of the exhibition, one can see various handloom works that are on sale such as sambhalpuri saris, bomkoi sarees, khandua saris and other bed covers and cushions.

On the other hand innovation was at display in the handicraft sections with silver filigree, applique, paintings, wood carvings, stone carvings, dhokra works, seashells and other art works.

\"These are exclusive and traditional works of Orissa. The greatest benefit of visiting the exhibition is that residents of Punjab can actually get in conversation with artists themselves to gain information and knowledge about the artwork,\" said Sahu while talking to Newsline.
