who injured Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar, has been sent to the judicial custody till February 8 on Wednesday.
Utsav Sharma on Tuesday attacked Rajesh Talwar with a sharp weapon at the premises of CBI court at Ghaziabad.
Utsav Sharma is the same man, who had attacked tainted Haryana DGP SPS Rathore outside the Panchkula court.
SPS Rathore has been convicted in the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case.
The incident occurred when Rajesh Talwar came outside the court after filing protest petition in the case.
Talwar suffered injuries on his face and hands. He was first rushed to the Sarvadoya hospital at Ghaziabad and later doctors recommended him to be shifted to a bigger hospital.
He was then admitted to the Emergency ward of Apollo Hospital at New Delhi.
He is undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.
The CBI court was about to hear the closure report of CBI in the case.
The hearing in the case has now been postponed to February 8
