Institute Management Committee (IMC) meeting held at CIPHET

Ludhiana, July 4:



Members of Institute Management Committee (IMC) comprising ICAR Assistant Director General (PE) Dr K.K Singh, Dr P.G Patil, Dr N. Prasad under the chairmanship of Director (Acting) Dr S.N Jha was held here today at the Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET). During the visit, IMC members especially appreciated the newly developed technologies by the institute including makhana popping machine, cryogenic grinder and bael pulper machine. Director (Acting) CIPHET Dr S.N Jha informed the members about research and institution achievements during period of last one year. "The institute has made significant progress in terms of patents, revenue collection and improvement in administration," he added. Head Food Grains & Oilseeds Division Dr R.K Gupta, Dr Parsoon Verma and Senior Administrative Officer Mr Raj Kumar were prominent among others present on the occasion.
