Ranbir Kappor and Anurag Basu have found a name for their production house and it is derived from something very close to their hearts. Taken from the lyrics of the credit roll song of \'Barfi\', the production house will be called Picture Shuru Productions.
Long before the film was released and won hearts and accolades and Ranbir and Anurag decided to launch a production house, the duo was hooked to the word. It was while recording the song they heard it first and it has stayed with them all these months. It is only recently that they have decided to use it as the name of the company they are floating. Another reason behind zeroing in on these words might be to remember their first venture together.
As reported earlier, the films dished out by the production house will star Ranbir and will be directed by Anurag. The first film to go on floors under the banner is Jagga Jasoos, which will see Ranbir play a sleuth. Also on the cards is a biopic of Kishor Kumar. However, it will take Anurag considerable time to piece together the details of the legendary singer\'s life.
Ranbir is at present shooting for Abhinav Kashyap\'s Besharam and will follow it up with Anurag Kashyap\'s Bombay Velvet.
