Mrs Davinder Kaur (W/o Sh Gurmeet Singh \'Meeta) Congress Candidate for Zila Parishad Bharatgarh Zone, District Ropar has withdrawn her nomination in favour of Smt Pritam Kaur Bheora, SAD-BJP candidate. She has also left the Congress Party along with her supporters on account of the anti-farmer and anti-poor policies of Congress party and has joined Shiromani Akali Dal.



After withdrawing her nomination from the contest, she along with her supporters came to the residence of Sh. Madan Mohan Mittal, Health Minister & Senior BJP leader who presented a \'Siropa\' to her and other supporters and welcomed their entry to SAD here on Thursday
