The first trailer of Raanjhanaa is out. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film stars Sonam Kapoor, Dhanush in the lead roles.
Set in Varanasi, the contemporary love story also stars Abhay Deol, Swara Bhaskar, Deepak Dobriyal and Mohammed Zeeshan.
Sonam Kapoor, Abhay Deol and Dhanush look quite promising in the trailer.
The trailer shows the lead couple â€" Dhanush and Sonam as students from Varanasi. Dhanush is in love with Sonam since their childhood days. Abhay plays an aspiring politician in love with Sonam.
The film, which is set to release on June 21, has music by AR Rahman. The film is currently in post-production stage.
Coming from the director of Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa looks fresh and promising.
Releasing the trailer for his fans on Twitter, Dhanush wrote: \"RAANJHANAA official trailer jai bholenath!! Had har mahadev.\"
