Eventful day of non-teaching staff of Vet Varsity

Dr. V.K.Taneja Vice-Chancellor Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana inaugurated the first sports meet of non-teaching employees of varsity. On this occasion Dr. Taneja said that these moments are good to relive the studentship and youthfulness of life. This is the stress buster day in hectic activities. Rajinder Singh president of non-teaching employees union said that in this way we are trying to inculcate better coordination amongst employees for better office working. Dr. Darshan Singh Barhi welfare officer of the university revealed results of sports meet. The winners in various disciplines were as given blow.

In the team events College of Fisheries won the Football Match and College of Veterinary Science secured the title of Kabaddi Championship.

On this occasion the faculty member, staff members and students of the GADVASU were there to buck up the sports persons Dr. P.D.Juyal, Registrar, Dr. Sarnarinder Singh Randhawa, Director Research, Dr. Harpal Singh Sandhu, Dean College of Veterinary Science and Dr. S.P.S. Sangha, DSW also graced the occasion.
