Sh. Gurmeet Singh Kular, President United Cycle & Parts Manufacturers Association has an opportunity to meet the Sh. Pratip Chaudhari Chairman State Bank of India who was in Ludhiana on official tour today i.e. 16.03.2013.

During the discussion with the Chairman, SBI the president pointed out the difficulties being faced by the members to get benefit from the bank schemes . The Chairman was very kind enough to explain the ins and out of the schemes. He specially pointed out that seminars should be conducted for the awareness of SBI Policies and Schemes i.e. CGTMSE (Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro & Small Enterprises).

The President also informed, the chairman that the rate of interest for Micro Small & Medium Enterprise units (MSME Sector) should be cheaper so that industry could flourish after availing this facility by the bank. He assured to look into this matter sympathetically.

The president also requested the chairman that a meeting with the members be held by the bank authorities to interact in detail about the difficulties being faced by them. This will not facilitate only to the bank authorities to know the problems but also be a beneficial to the members to know about the ins and outs of the bankers facilities.
