As per the discussions and decision held in the managing committee meeting held on 18.12.12. A meeting of the Constitution subcommittee was held today under the Presidentship of Sh. Kamlinder Singla Convener Constitution Sub-Committee regarding the amendments in the constitution of the Association for the better function the affairs of the association. Mainly the following points were discussed in the meeting for the betterment of the Cycle Industry.

1. Regarding Terms of the Office Bearers

2. Regarding Powers of the managing committee

3. Regarding Enrollment of New Members of the Association.

Sh. Gurmeet Singh Kular President, Sh. Pardeep Wadhawan Secretary, Sh. Inderjit Singh Navyug Sr. Vice President, Sh. K.K Seth, Sh. Jaswinder Singh Birdi and Sh. Jagdish Singh Kular gave valuable suggestions. Written Suggestion in this respect were received from M/s. G.S Mankoo & Co. which were also discussed. In the meeting Sh. Kamlinder Singla Convener was requested to prepare proposals and suggestions to be discussed in the next meeting for giving a final shape of recommendation to be put up in the next managing committee meeting of Constitution Sub-Committee.

Sh. Gurmeet Singh Kular, Sh. Kamlinder Singla, Sh. K.K Seth, Sh. Pardeep Wadhawan, Sh. Inderjit Singh Navyug, Sh. Jaswinder Singh Birdi and Sh. Jagdish Singh Kular were present in the meeting.
