PAU TO HOLD NATIONAL SEMINAR ON ENGINEERING INTERVENTIONS

LUDHIANA, SEPTEMBER 25:



A two-day national seminar on "Engineering interventions and innovations for opportunities and challenges in Indian agriculture (EIIOC-2012)" will be held on October 4-5 at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). Besides, the launching of "Prof. Mason Vaugh Memorial Lecture" series will also take place. The PAU College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (COAE&T) will coordinate the programme being organized as a part of Golden Jubilee Celebrations. Dr M.M. Pandey, Deputy Director General (Engineering), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), will be the Chief Guest on this occasion. Dr Gyanendra Singh, former Vice-Chancellor, Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Vishwavidyalaya (MGCGV), Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh, will be guest of honour and deliver the first Prof. Mason Vaugh Memorial Lecture. The PAU Vice-Chancellor, Dr Baldev Singh Dhillon will preside over the inaugural session.
