Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) is holding a Special Convocation on September 4, 2012 in the Pal Auditorium at 10.30 a.m. Divulging details, PAU Registrar, Dr. R.K.Mahey said that this Special Convocation will have the conferment of Degree of Doctor of Science (honoris causa) on H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Chancellor of the University, H.E. Shri Shivraj V. Patil, Governor of Punjab will preside over, said Dr. Mahey.
