The M.Com Business Innovations students has brought laurel to the SCD Government College Ludhiana by ensuring 100% pass percentage in the M.Com Business Innovations 2nd Semester Examination held in the May 2012 conducted by Panjab University Chandigarh. 20 students out of 42 students got more than 70% marks and 38 students pass out the examination in first division. The first position was bagged bracketed by Roshini Kapur and Kirti Dhawan by securing 1250 marks out of 1600. The Second Position is secured by Miss Sakshi Gupta by securing 1233 Marks out 1600 and Saru Jindal stood third by securing 1226 Marks. Mrs Neelam Bhardhwaj , Principal of the College has congratulated the faculty of the college specially Dr. Ashwani Bhalla, Programme Coordinator of the Course and Prof. R.K. Miglani, Head of the Commerce Department for the excellent results. She also congratulated the students for securing excellent marks in the examinations. Mrs Bhardhwaj told that the programme is running very successfully and students are crazy to get admission in this programme. The course curriculum which is UGC sponsored Programme is developing the students for the industry as well academia as per the requirements of the 21st century. The students of the course were able to imprint their impressions in the Industry during their summer projects and achieved remarkable results by producing quality research reports
