Mrs Gurminder Kaur, Principal of the Government College for Women Ludhiana has taken over the Additional Charge as Principal of the SCD Government College Ludhiana. The Government of Punjab in its recent orders has entrusted her the task of Drawing and Disbursement Officer (D.D.O) till the new postings to the post of principal SCD Government College Ludhiana are made. She officially took over the charge and sorted the pending work of the principal. Earlier she was given floral welcome by the Vice Principal of the College Mr. D.S. Chahal in the Presence of Prof. Rajinder Singh, Prof. R.K. Miglani, Dr. Ashwani Bhalla, and other senior teaching staff and office superintendent Mr. Anil Sandhir. She met to all the clerical staff members and assured that all of them has to work jointly and in the interest of education . In the after noon she chaired the meeting of Higher Education Society of the college and and discuss the various issues relating the plans of the college in 2012-13. She also requested the teaching staff to work diligently
