Workshop on “Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovations” begins at SCD Government College

The Two days workshop on "Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovations" begins at SCD Government College Ludhiana. The workshop is being organized by the Department of Business Innovations for the benefit of M.Com Business Innovations students. The first day of the workshop beings with the presentation by Dr. Ashwani Bhalla on Creativity and innovations. Dr. Bhalla highlighted the need of innovations and creativity in Business. Students were shown the recorded lecture of Nandan Nelkeni, a great entrepreneur and Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India. In the Second session Dr. Harblas Heera presented his views on "Innovations in today's life" which were followed by presentations by the students on vartious topical issues relating to Creativity and innovations. Workshop will conclude on Sunday with the presentations of Dr. S.K. Chadha, Senior Professor in University Business School, Panjab University Chandigarh who will speak how to bring creativity in work life. Second session will be taken by Dr. Sukhdev Singh Professor in the Department of Business Management, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College Ludhiana. Dr. Sandeep Vij, Deputy Dean Management in Lovely Professional University will speak on Innovations in Management in the after noon session. Principal of the College Mrs Jasbir Kaur Makkar congratulated the department of business innovations for organsing series of workshop for the benefit of the students and express the satisfaction that with these workshop the students ability to comment on various issues is increasing day by day.
