Competing in the age of technology will be very difficult if the new entrepreneurs do not focus on 12 vectors of the innovation radar and these are offering, platform, solutions, customers , customer experience, value capture, processes, organisation, supply chain, presence, networking and branding. These were the views of the Dr. S.K. Chadha a senior Professor in the University Business School, Panjab University Chandigarh which he expressed before the innovative managers and students of M.Com Business innovations in the two days workhsop on Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovations which concluded today at SCD Government College Ludhiana. While differentiating the concept of creativity, invention and innovations he presented his detailed views on the various dimensions of creativity. He involved the students in various exercises to refine their thinking process. He also motivated the students to become entrepreneur and learner in life. Earlier in a day Dr. Sukhdev Singh Head, Department of Business Management, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College Ludhiana spoke on the various entrepreneurial skills. He also discussed t role creativity and innovations in the economies of different countries. In the last session, Dr. Sandeep Vij, Deputy Dean from Lovely Professional University spoke on the emerging dimensions of entrepreneurship in India. He played various educational games with the students to motivate them to become creative. Dr. Ashwani Bhalla , the programme coordinator of the M.Com Business Innovations talked about the strategies to become good entrepreneur and motivated the students to become job creators instead of job seeker. Dr. Harblas of the department of commerce express his views on the various deficiencies in education system which are hindrances in the entrepreneurial process
