PAU STUDENTS INTERACT WITH FARMERS TO LEARN GROUND REALITIES

LUDHIANA, JUNE 23:-----



Final year students of B. Sc. Agriculture were taken to villages Aboowal, Sahouli, Rattewal and Tuse in Pakhowal block of Ludhiana to interact with the farmers to closely know farming operations and constraints. Giving details, Head, Department of Extension Education, Dr. (Mrs.) R.K.Dhaliwal said that the training will continue up to June 30. The teachers coordinating the visit of 100 students include Dr. C.S.Arneja, Dr. D.S.Ladhar, Dr. J.S.Bhalla and Dr. Vipin Kumar. She informed that the village training programme plays a useful role in apprising the students about the insight of farming.
