LUDHIANA, 27th March :
Ludhiana MP and the national spokesperson of the Indian National Congress Manish Tewari today laid down the foundation stone of roads in Sarabha Nagar area is Ward 56 being constructed at a cost of about Rs. 50 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion Tewari said, the congress was committed to provide good facilities to the people. He said despite the hostile attitude of the SAD-BJP government the Congress councillors were trying their best to ensure that people had good roads and proper drinking water.
He congratulated the local councillor Amrit Varsha Rampal for doing her best for the people of the area.
Mr Tewari accompanied on the occasion included PPCC Gen Secy Pawan Dewan, Ex councillor Satwinder Singh Jawaddi, Vinod Bathla, Sushil Malhotra, Mohit Sharma, Harbhagat Singh Grewal, B.K. Rampal, Parlad Kumar, Congress Block President Baljinder Singh Bunti, councillor Dr. Hari Singh Brar, Narinder Chaudhary, Sandeep Kaushal & others.
