It was a special moment for the students of PG. Department of Punjabi as juniors bid farewell to their seniors. S. Gurbir Singh President, Guru Nanak Education Trust and Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal presided over the function. To add colour to the occasion the students presented an entertaining cultural programme. The juniors presented dance numbers and songs. The main attraction of the programme was the modelling by students of the final year dressed in trendy clothes, as they walked down the ramp with rhythmic music in the background. Miss Manpreet Kaur Grewal was adjudged Miss Farewell. Miss Ramandeep Kaur & Miss Jaswinder Kaur were crowned as 1st and 2nd runners up respectively. Miss Jaspreet Kaur and Miss Kamaljeet were crowned as Miss Elegant and Miss Beautiful Smile respectively. The senior students gave compliments to their respected teachers. The duty of the judges was performed by Dr. (Mrs.) Jaskirat Kaur and Mrs. Jasbir Kaur. Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal crowned the winners and also advised the students to burn midnight oil for the approaching Annual Exams and come out in flying colours. A wave of cheer and joy prevailed everywhere.
