Rajinder Sharma, along with Sh. I.M. Dutta Vice-President, Sh. N.K. Bangia and others representatives from the various Distt. of the state regarding the creation of exam centres at the ground floor.

All the members of the association condemned the decision of board authorities for creation of exams centres at the ground floor.

On this occasion Mr. Rajinder Sharma said all the exam centres are approved by the board authorities at the time of inspection more than 20 years ago. The existing exam centres were created by the duly constituted committees by the board. The D.E.O.'s were the members of the inspection committees. School buildings were constructed keeping in views the exam centres. Now it is impossible to demolish the school buildings. These were not castle in the air.

Mr. N.K. Bangia said that cities are thickly populated and there is lot of disturbance due the traffic, pollution, & other things. So the students will not concentrate on their paper if the centre is shifted to ground floor. It will be prove as a curse for the innocent students.
