FIVE TRAININGS SCHEDULED AT PAU IN THE MONTH OF APRIL

LUDHIANA, MARCH 25:-----



Punjab Agricultural University has slated programme for holding five trainings on different agricultural aspects for the benefit of Horticultural Development Officers, Agricultural Development Officers, Soil Conservation Officers, Extension personnels and Krishi Vigyan Kendra scientists. Giving details the Director of Extension Education, Dr. M.S.Gill said that these trainings will cover topics such as \'Seed production of vegetable crops (April 4-5)\', \'Advances in drip & sprinkler irrigation and polyhouses (April 6-7)\', \'Data analysis tools (April 18)\', \'Nutrition and health care of mothers and children (April 25-27)\' and \'Technological gaps in kharif crops (April 28-29)\'. Dr. Gill said that the concerned subject matter specialists of the University will provide tips to participants in these courses adding that the Course Coordinators/Technical Coordinators have been deputed for the successful holding. The participants should present themselves before 9.00 a.m. on the first day of the training course at Kairon Kisan Ghar. The lodging and boarding arrangement will be made for the participants on payment basis.
