The final year students of Post Graduate Department of Computer Science

It was a special moment for the final year students of Post Graduate Department of Computer Science (M.Sc. IT. PGDCA & BCA) as they were given farewell by M.Sc.IT-I and BCA-II students. President, S. Gurbir Singh and Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal presided over the function. To add colour to the occasion the students presented an entertaining cultural programme. The students of BCA presented dance numbers, poetry and songs. The main attraction of the programme was the modeling by final year students of M.Sc.(IT), PGDCA & BCA dressed in trendy clothes, as they walked down the ramp with rhythmic music in the background. Miss Ritika Sood of BCA-III was adjudged Miss Farewell. Miss Nitika of BCA-III & Miss Manjot Kaur of BCA- III were crowned as 1st and 2nd runners up respectively. Miss Madhvi Rai , and Miss Bhavna were crowned as Miss Elegant and Miss Beautiful Smile respectively. The senior students gave compliments to their respected teachers. The duty of the judges was performed by Dr. (Mrs.) Surinder Bhathal and Dr. (Mrs.) Jaskirat Kaur. Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal crowned the winners and also advised the students to burn midnight oil for the approaching Annual Exams and come out in flying colours. A wave of cheer and joy prevailed everywhere.
