‘Mahashivratri Celebrations at Everest Play-Way School’

The 'Mahashivratri Festval' was celebrated with religious fervor at Everest Play-Way & Nursery School, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Park, Behind Shingar Cinema, Ludhiana on 01.03.2011. The Tiny-Tots dressed in gaudy dresses like Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati, Mahakali, Shuker & Sanicher etc. presented a charming show.

All kids pray to Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati. The tiny tots raised the religious slogan "Om Nanah Shivay". The whole atmosphere echoed with the slogans of "Om Nanah Shivay". Kids enjoyed the short story related to the importance of the Mahashivratri. Mr. Rajinder Sharma, President Association of the Affiliated Schools Punjab (Regd.) encouraging the children told them about the ancient Indian Culture. Kiran, Sahaj, Hitika, Abhilahsa, Isha and others gave a musical performance. The Principal Mrs. Poonam Sharma, distributed sweets and fruits etc. among the children. The Principal Mrs. Poonam Sharma thanked the parents. She motivated the infants to participate in such cultural activities.
