PAU book fair is being organized in the front lawns of Mohinder Singh Randhawa Library from February 16 – 18. Dr Arvind Kumar, Deputy Director General (Education), ICAR, New Delhi, will be the chief guest while Dr Manjit Singh Kang, Vice-Chancellor, PAU, will be the Guest of Honour on this occasion.

Dr (Mrs) J.K.Sangha, Librarian, PAU, informed that more than 40-45 reputed publishers and book distributors from all over the country will participate in the fair. Schools, colleges, librarians and other institutions involved in the educational activity can visit the fair to which entry will be free, said she. The book fair will be open for the public from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. as it provides an opportunity to the book lovers to browse a wide range of publications available on various subjects. Dr Sangha added that the opening ceremony will take place at 2.30 pm when a map room and archives of PAU section showcasing publications of PAU faculty will also be inaugurated.
