Akali-BJP govt has lost will to rule

LUDHIANA, February 12:



Ludhiana MP and the national spokesperson of the Indian National Congress Manish Tewari today said that the Akali-BJP government in the state had lost the will to rule as it had realised that people had made up their mind to vote them out.



Addressing a series of meetings in various villages in Ludhiana today, Tewari disclosed that the ruling alliance had got a secret survey done across the state and the survey had revealed that the alliance was badly losing in maximum number of seats. He said, there was panic and frustration within the alliance and the two parties did not know what to do.



The MP said, the alliance had itself to blame for the misrule. He maintained that the precious trust people had reposed in this government had been betrayed. He asked the government to explain where was the development it was claiming in the advertisements everyday.



Asking the party workers to be prepared for the final electoral battle, he said, the days of this government were numbered and the Congress was bound to come to power. He said, not only the people but even the Akali and BJP leaders had started admitting that Congress is coming to power.
