\'Guzaarish\' offers brilliant and melodious tracks

The music of director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming venture 'Guzaarish', featuring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in pivotal roles, is finally out.

Bhansali's debut music direction in the movie proves his immense talent in composing music as the album is truly divine, with the mood and feeling of the film captured brilliantly.

About the album

The 'Guzaarish' music album consists of 10 original soundtracks and there are no remixes in it. A huge change from the current trend of at least a remix of the title track.

Opening the album is the title track that just sets the mood right at the onset and is the best song of the movie. It is a love ballad sung by KK and Shail Hada.

The second song is 'Sau gram zindagi' crooned by Kunal Ganjawala that has a brilliant and melodious composition. It is a motivational track based on life and has English lyrics in the end.

Next is 'Tera zikr', a love song sung by Shail Hada and Rakesh Pandit. It is a slow track and though the music is good, it fails to maintain the tempo that was created by the other songs.

Adding pace to the album is 'Saiba' by Vibhavari Joshi that has an international feel and is a situational song.

Following it is 'Jaane kiska khwab' by KK, another melodious track with a lot of emphasis on instrumentation.

'Udi' is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Shail Hada. It is another fast pace song, but not very impressive.

'Keh na saku' is another masterpiece in the album and the romantic song has been sung by Shail Handa. The slow song is appealing to the ear and one is sure to fall in love with it.

Harshdeep Kaur impresses with 'Chaand ki katori', a soft, pleasing and soulful song that will leave the listener spell bound.

Another song by KK is 'Daayein baayein', a love song that is not bad, but fails to create an impression.

The last track 'Dhundhli dhundhli\' sung by Shankar Mahadevan sets a meditative mood and giving edge to the song are the high pitched vocals of Mahadevan.

Overall, 'Guzaarish' is a one must-have album that cannot be missed by the music-buffs.
