Former WWE wrestling star dies

Angelle Vachon or "Luna" died on Friday. The 48-year-old\'s body was found at her mother\'s home where she had been staying after her house burned down.

She leaves her two sons and two granddaughters.

An autopsy is being performed but no foul play is suspected.

Luna made her debut in 1985, in Florida Championship Wrestling, as a young, soft spoken reporter named Trudy Herd, who was giving Kendall Windham an award. A melee ensued and she was knocked unconscious by Kevin Sullivan when she tried to get involved.

She went on to win many awards and manage a number of wrestling combinations and wrestlers.

She was adopted as a child and married three times: First to Dan Hurd, with whom she had her two sons, Joshua and Van, then to childhood friend Tom Nash and finally to David Heath.

She was featured in both Playboy and Hustler, as well as other magazines and also sang back-up vocals for a band known as Nasty Savage.

Luna was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and became a born again Christian in 2004, after attending an Athletes International Ministry conference. She was baptized not long after by fellow wrestler Nikita Koloff along with her then-husband David Heath.

She also worked as a tow truck operator in Port Richey, Florida.
