LUDHIANA: The first meeting of the executive committee of Knitwear club was held on Monday, which was presided over by SS Dhillon, director of micro small medium enterprises, and attended by officials from departments of industry and commerce and the president of Knitwear Club, Vinod K Thapar.
Issues relating to government schemes introduced under Cluster Development Programme and methods to gain maximum benefits along with promotion of use of mix land thorough which members can gain 10 more years by obtaining an NOC from the town planner office, were also discussed. tnn
