The PAU Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Manjit Singh Kang has mourned the sad demise of Mr. Ashok Singhi, senior journalist with Dainik Bhaskar. In the condolence message, Dr. Kang said that Mr. Singhi always worked for the cause of farmers and downtrodden through his reporting which was always balanced. A condolence meeting was held in the Centre for Communication and International Linkages, where Mr. Singhi was a regular visitor and organized media events jointly with PAU. The Additional Director of Communication, Dr. Jagtar Singh Dhiman, faculty members and staff participated. Dr. Kang conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
