Technical problems caused thousands to students to not appear for exam on the proposed dates between November 28 and December 7, 2009 and hence it was extended by further one day.

The institutes then decided to reschedule the test on January 30 and 31 for around 11,000 candidates who were unable to write the tests due to the technical issues.
