Congress gets “Jai Ho”

New Delhi: According to the media reports, the Congress has received the rights of the Oscar winning song \"Jai Ho\" from T-Series in order to use it in the forthcoming election campaigns. The Congress believes that it represents the poor from the slums who have the dreams to become millionaires.The Congress Party also wants to take the credit of making Indian poor and farmers self-sufficient and wealthy, as claimed by it. The film \"Slumdog Millionaire\" is based on a story of rags-to-rich and this is likely to be the theme of the Congress in the forthcoming elections.The opposition has ridiculed claims for taking the credit for Slumdog Millionaire\'s Oscar glory. Gujarat CM Narendra Modi sarcastically said that Congress should get the credit for Slumdog Millionaire\'s success, as the party was responsible for the growing number of slums in India during its decade-long rule.
