Network Marketing Business by Jaz Lai

Having The Right Mindset Is Crucial To Succeeding In Your Network Marketing Business by Jaz Lai

To succeed in network marketing you need to have a success mindset. Without a success mindset you may not survive the first few months in a network marketing opportunity, let alone go the distance. Remember, network marketing is quite different to whatever you have trained to do. It will have taken you a few years to train to get a job in your specialized field so you will understand how much time and effort you need to put in order to succeed as a professional network marketer.

Many people think that in order to succeed in a network marketing organization, you must have the best company, the best team, the best compensation plan, and the best product. This is not the case. There are other factors that affect success. Let’s examine them in more detail:

- Thinking you are the best at something will send out the message that you believe other companies or products to be inferior in some way. Speaking or behaving like this only damages your own integrity. No one likes to meet someone who criticizes others â€\" especially if they actually work for the company you are tearing down. And, in reality, there is no best of anything. There is only different, and some products and opportunity are more suitable to one than to another.

- Some people will be attracted to vitamins or healthy eating plans, others to household equipment, others prefer gadgets, others beauty regimes. We are all different and no one product can interest everybody. Therefore there can be no best MLM opportunity, only different ones for different people.

- Compensation plans are helpful in the long run but if you can’t get off the ground and attract your first downline, even the very best compensation plan won’t help you get back your investment.

The key is to learn how to grow your business without relying too heavily on your upline. There are there to support you and help you, as this also benefits them in the long term. If you make the mistake of taking advantage of your upline, this is what the consequences can be:

In network marketing the principles of Karma are even more forceful when you consider the effects of duplication in a network.

When you don’t take advantage of your upline, but instead you show them respect and support and go the extra mile to help them out, your downline will see your example and want to do the same for you. This will be invaluable in the longer term, and far more valuable in terms of profit than going for the short term solution. Loyalty pays dividends in a network and you can make it work for you. The more groups or legs you have within your network and the more they are all emulating your example of loyalty and hard work, the faster your network, and your success, will grow.

However, if you aren’t loyal to your upline and talk negatively about him there is no reason why your own downline won’t do the same to you and soon you’ll be in very deep water indeed.
